Yellow Squash



Mango – 1 kg Sugar – ½ kg Lemon juice – 6 tbsp Method: Take a pan, add mango pulp and sugar. Let it cook on very low heat until it turns into a thick mixture. Then add lemon juice, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Take it off of the flame and let it cool down completely. Then put in the blender and blend well. Put in clean bottle and keep in fridge.
