Aflredo Pasta:
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless cubes 350 gms (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp Namak (Salt) ½ tsp Black pepper powder,½ tsp Oil 1 tbs Mushroom sliced ½ Cup Capsicum strips
White Sauce:
Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs (Milk) 1 & ½ Cups Dried oregano 1 tsp Black pepper powder) ½ tsp (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste Cheddar cheese grated 2 tbs Shell pasta (boiled) 400 gms
Directions:
Boiled pasta as per packet instructions & set aside.
In bowl,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,salt and black pepper powder,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
In frying pan,add oil and marinated chicken,cook until chicken is done & set aside.
In frying pan,add oil,mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute.
Add capsicum and sauté for 1 minute.
Add red chili crushed,mix well & set aside.
White Sauce:
In wok,add butter and let it melt,add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
Gradually milk and mix continuously until smooth & sauce thickens.
Add dried oregano,black pepper powder,salt and cheddar cheese & mix well.
